Hi! My name is Josh and I'm the owner and founder of JLC Digital. I graduated from the University of South Wales, after studying a 3 year course on Visual Effects and Motion Graphics. This allowed me to develop my creative skillset and follow one of my many passions.

After graduating in 2020, I created my business 'JLC Digital' with the intention of creating quality digital content for social media platforms. I entered and won the "USW Enterprise" scheme for my business idea. However, I became incredibly ill due to unforeseen circumstances, which set back my original plans.
​
Now I primarily work as a video editor for YouTube content creators, but still have experience as a motion designer and VFX artist. A three year course, beginning with basics to advanced VFX. The course was broad and gave an insight into a variety of areas in post-production. I became proficient in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere and Illustrator, along with some additional experience with Cinema 4d and Octane Renderer.

After having a business plan and winning a university enterprise scheme, I became incredibly ill which set back my plans. I managed to work on a few personal projects in the mean time while I got back to full health.

The first of many YouTube channels I created that succeeded. I used my knowledge of video production and motion graphics to create visual guides for game trophies/achievements. The channel now has over 600k views, with me returning every now and then as a hobby.
